Notice of changes in seasonal Omakase course contents
We would like to introduce the new contents of the spring seasonal Omakase course.
This course is made up of items that are sprinkled with seasonal flavors and will make you feel the arrival of spring.
We use plenty of fresh vegetables and seasonal fish to fully enjoy the taste of spring.
Steamed egg custard with whelk and fermented fish guts
Sushi with grunt and taro stems
Japanese-style dish of new potatoes and oxtail
Simmered spring delicacies
New onion tofu
Steamed abalone and shiitake mushrooms with seaweed vinegar
Deep-fried baby potatoes
Deep-fried shrimp and yuba (tofu skin) in a rice cracker-like sauce
Assorted sashimi
Seasonal fresh fish grilled with plum miso sauce
Tempura of cherry shrimp, broth, and pickles
Dessert and roasted green tea
